Most flipbook tools treat every issue as a new book.
That is fine for a yearly catalog. For a circular that changes every Thursday, it means someone fixes the website every week.
A new link every week
Re-uploading makes a new flipbook, so the embed on the client's site points at last week until someone edits the page.
Links that vanish
The link boxes drawn on last week's pages get wiped, or land on the wrong page when the page count changes.
A support ticket to swap a PDF
Some tools ask you to contact support to keep the links when you replace a file. Every week.
From the help centers of Flipsnack, Issuu and FlipHTML5, October 2026.
One flipbook, every issue.
Upload the new issue
Drop in PDFs or images, in any mix. Pages convert in the background while readers keep seeing the live issue.
Check what carried over
Flipspread matches the new pages to last week's and keeps each link box on its page. Anything it is unsure of waits for you to place.
Publish, or roll back
The same link and embed switch to the new issue at once. Every version is kept, and any of them comes back in one click.

Clients log in too
Invite client admins, editors and viewers to their workspace with a set-password link.
Billing per client, through Stripe
Put a card on file for a client, change their plan, mark an invoice paid or refund it, from your dashboard.
Their colors on the reader

Questions
Can we move our flipbooks over from Flipsnack?
Yes. Upload the same PDFs; links inside them come across on their own, and you draw any others once. From then on each flipbook keeps one link and one embed code for every issue.
What happens to last week's issue?
It stays in the version history. You can bring any earlier issue back at the same link in one click, for example if a price was wrong.
Do readers see a cookie banner?
Not because of Flipspread. Views are counted without cookies, and one reader counts once per flipbook per day.
Can our clients log in themselves?
Yes. Invite client admins, editors or viewers to their own workspace. Your agency keeps access to every client.
Is the API included?
Yes. API keys, webhooks and domain restriction come with every client workspace, so a weekly issue can publish from a script.
Put next week's issue online without touching the embed.
We will move one of your flipbooks over and show you a new issue going live at the same link.
